Queen of Disks ("the App") is a divination tracking application. The App is designed to help you record and reflect on your Tarot readings. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have control over your personal data.

Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following information exclusively on your device using local SQLite database storage:

• Reading records (cards drawn, spreads used, dates)
• Questions and notes you enter
• Tags and categories you create
• App preferences and settings
• Astrological context data (moon phases, planetary hours)

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Personal identification information
• Location data
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Your reading content or interpretations
• Any data to third-party services

Data Storage and Security

All App data is stored locally on your device using secure local database storage provided by the device operating system. The App does not include cloud sync, backup services, or any server-side data storage.

Your data security depends on your device's security measures (passcode, biometric locks, encryption). We recommend keeping your device secure to protect your personal readings.

Data Export

The App may provide functionality to export your reading history. When you use this feature:

• You control where the exported file is saved
• The export is initiated only by your explicit action
• We do not receive or process the exported data

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. Your divination practice remains private.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since all data is stored locally and we do not collect any user data, there is no data collection from users of any age.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data:

• Individual readings can be deleted within the App
• All App data is removed when you uninstall the App
• You can clear all data through your device's app storage settings

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Your Rights

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, traditional data rights requests (access, correction, deletion) are handled entirely through your local device. You have full control over your data at all times.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information. However, because Queen of Disks:

• Does not collect personal information
• Does not sell personal information
• Does not share personal information with third parties
• Stores all data exclusively on your local device

There is no personal information for us to disclose, delete, or stop selling. You maintain complete control over your data through your device.

International Users (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland: Queen of Disks is designed with privacy by default. We do not process personal data on external servers, meaning GDPR data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) are exercised directly through your device. Since no data is transmitted to us, there is no data controller relationship for your reading content.

App Tracking and Advertising

Queen of Disks does not:

• Track your activity across other apps or websites
• Use advertising identifiers (IDFA)
• Display advertisements
• Implement Apple's App Tracking Transparency as no tracking occurs
• Use any analytics SDKs or crash reporting services
